MIA MOSHER

Mia is a Certified Family Law Specialist and represents clients in all areas of family law. She negotiates and litigates matters including issues of contested child custody, high net worth asset division, spousal and child support, prenuptial agreements, and she also handles matters of paternity, support and custody for non-marital children. In addition to her work at the negotiating table and in the trial courts, Mia brings her exceptional analytic abilities and writing skills to her work as a private mediator and as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Family Court.

Mia's clients, many of whom are high-profile figures with sensitive matters, appreciate her intellectual acumen, candor, and understanding of their complex concerns. She is a skilled and detail-oriented negotiator who believes that most family and matrimonial matters should resolve swiftly and out of court. She recognizes, however, that some facts and circumstances require decisive action through aggressive litigation.

In addition to practicing family law full-time, Mia contributes a significant amount of her time to philanthropic work.
