Tracie Kogura is an Associate Attorney at Marsten & Mosher. Tracie has been a licensed attorney in California since 2012, and has been practicing Family Law since 2013.
Tracie obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University, where she majored in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Law, and minored in Political Science. She also received a Master’s in Business Administration from San Jose State University before attending law school at Temple University, Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Tracie spent her summers as a research assistant and law clerk. Prior to graduating, she spent a semester abroad at Temple’s campus in Tokyo, Japan.
Tracie enjoys working with her clients to create a cost-effective and efficient plan to ensure they receive a favorable outcome. Since 2013, she has worked with her clients on dissolution cases, child custody, complex separate property claims, child support, spousal support, and property valuation and division. Tracie understands how difficult it is to need counsel during these difficult times, and strives to make the family court process as easy as possible for her clients.
Outside of work, Tracie enjoys arts and crafts, family trips to Disneyland, and spending time with her daughter and new puppy, Milo.
